Ashes of Outland Story (Solo Adventure) Launches In ~5 Weeks (Mid-June)

The latest patch has launched, and it apparently included files for the upcoming Ashes of Outland adventure. Before, we knew that adventure will be free and that it won’t give you any cards (we aren’t sure about other rewards, but we imagine that you will get SOMETHING for completing it). But we didn’t know when it launches.

You can now enter it in through the Solo Content menu, but it’s obviously not out yet. Apparently, it “opens in 5 weeks”. Since those timers aren’t always most precise, it’s hard to give out an exact launch date, but it should be out some time mid-June. It’s pretty late for a solo adventure, but at least now we know. Hopefully it will be worth the wait.

well, according to Neon31 in hearthstone-decks, it will launch on 10th June.
I know it’s a leaked info, and not always correct. But so far, he is correct. Including Dalaran Heist, Tomb of Terror, and Galakrond’s Awakening.

So, I’ll surely place my wager on him.

Yeah, that sounds about right. If I remember correctly, he’s checking it by changing the date on his PC and trying to fool the client. When the adventure “opens”, that’s the date it’s programmed to open. The only thing that chan change here is Blizzard moving the date for some reason, and since they usually have those things planned well in advance, it’s probably not going to happen.

It’s different than leaks like some random person with no real credence posting a card from new expansion – those usually turn out to be fake.

I still prefer to wait for official confirmation or “leaks” that come directly from Blizzard (like when they post something too early… yeah, that’s basically confirmed, some social media guy just pushed the button too early :p).
