Blizzard released the latest update on Arena leaderboards (for May 1 – July 1, 2021). Leaderboards reflect the players BEST 30 run streak throughout that period of time – which means that you needed at least 30 games to get in, but of course the more runs you have, the higher your chance for a good score is.
We’ve only listed Top 20 from each region to save space – click on the name of each region below to find full leaderboards for it.

I don’t know any of those players. Seems like the Arena community is … well … somewhat separate from the other game modes. 😉
I know some of the players from EU and NA (dreads, ShtanUdachi, SilentStorm to name a few), but yeah, for the most part its a separate community. It’s quite similar to Duels, which has some very consistent players who constantly get 12 wins runs but you don’t hear about them much, since neither format is very popular. But some people really love them.
