Yes, this is difficult deck to learn. Once U have learnt that the key to win is card drawing and how to do it, then it is not hard to collect all the cards u need quickly. Do not hesitate to heal enemy minions if necessary for card drawing or better use mass heal spell to fill you hand with cards within one turn. It is not rare that I have “too many cards in hand” problem and I just have to play them to make room for new cards.

Can you beat a freeze mage?

Yes you can and it is easier than you think. Use your spells wisely and don’t hesitate to play your combo minions:

Lightbomb or Entomb against Emperor Thaurissan or Alexstrasza.

Shadow Word: Death or Entomb against Archmage Antonidas.

Paly and keep big taunts on the board before Alexstrasza may come out.

Play Prophet Velen after Alexstrasza and heal.

Otherwise collect the combo pieces and wait until you have both Prophet Velen and Malygos in your hand, while keeping 2-3 minions on board. Then play Malygos and after that Prophet Velen to the board. If mage plays Doomsayer after Malygos then use Holy Smite to remove it. Now you can make 20 damage with one Mind Blast, 14 damage with one Holy Smite and 14 damage with Holy Nova. It should be enough to burn the mage out of both immunity secrets. If the mage removes your big minions with spells, then you are lucky because there is none left to kill you.
