March of the Lich King - New Hearthstone Expansion - Cards, Reveals, Release Date, New Mechanics, and More!
I find it funny that they’re creating ‘subclasses’ right from the start. But tbh I’m not so optimistic about archetype variety; what will happen most of the time is that only a fraction of the DK cards will be playable, because there always will be THE best DK archetype (which then auto-excludes all bombs from the other rune fractions).
Undead next in Battlegrounds: For sure!
Theotar, the Mad Duke & Ice Revenant Are Geting Nerfed In Patch 25.0
I don’t think Theotar will be any less played in Standard if they don’t change it’s text box. π Maybe the meta will turn ultra aggro again, but then he wouldn’t be played even if he’d still cost 4.
(Updated) Patch 24.6 Known Issues & Hotfix - Server Stability, Amazon Store, Faceless Disciple
‘…The team is aware that some Amazon users are having issues installing and updating to 24.6, this is currently being investigated…’
If by that they mean that the game isn’t installing /updating anymore via the Amazon Appstore then f**k yeah, I’m ‘having issues’.
3 days into the patch, still not working. Great job.

Never mind, ‘Signature’ seems to be something special …

Do I not understand the Rune System or is it like we’re getting three new classes instead of just one… I can never play double or triple Blood Rune cards with with double or triple Unholy Rune Cards, right?
And no golden Legendaries in the Mega Bundle. I wonder if it’s because of the DK Set they included.
All in all, lots of new stuff (almost too much for a old guy like me π ). Seems cool!
The Hearthstone Playerβs Guide to Marvel Snap
Got superbored (and uninstalled) by it after playing around 20 matches. Can’t see the longevity of it, either.
The Three Cards That Dominate Castle Nathria - Are Renathal, Theotar, and Denathrius a Problem?
Cool idea!
The Three Cards That Dominate Castle Nathria - Are Renathal, Theotar, and Denathrius a Problem?
Same here. Doesn’t work for me in most cases. Works for my opponents every time, though. Seems like I’m doin’ it wrong. π
The Three Cards That Dominate Castle Nathria - Are Renathal, Theotar, and Denathrius a Problem?
Smart move. Reduce cost back to 4 and do it like you wrote.
The Three Cards That Dominate Castle Nathria - Are Renathal, Theotar, and Denathrius a Problem?
You know there’s a problem when even combo decks ‘give up’ on consistancy and play Renathal.
And regarding consitancy in general: I’m not overexaggerating when I say that every. frickin’. Renathal Mage has their Wildfire turn 1 anyways. So yeah. Maybe should Up the ‘penalty’ to 15-20 cards.
Hearthstone Castle Nathria Secret "???" Achievement Guide - How To Get Deviate Delight Card Back - Full Puzzle Solution
Absolutely no problem!
So glad you post these guides. Once again I wonder who figures this stuff out. π
Hearthstone Castle Nathria Secret "???" Achievement Guide - How To Get Deviate Delight Card Back - Full Puzzle Solution
Many thanks for the guide, worked well!
One tip, though (no offence): Should’ve put the part about having set the language to english before the ‘cue into wild ranked’; of course I cued into a real match (german language)… π
Soul Seeker
How does your opponent get his minion back? What might happen (if your opponent actually draws and plays Soul Seeker) is that he gets another minion from your deck.
Or do I understand you wrong?
That said decent disruption against minion-based-combo decks with few minions. π
Hearthstone Gets A New Premium Currency Called "Runestones" - What Are They, How to Get Them (Updated)
Hi there! Any info how this will work with Amazon coins? Probably not because it’d be in the article but hey, might ask nevertheless. π
The Most Promising Murder at Castle Nathria Decks: What Can We Expect from the New Expansion?
‘…Coming from an old-school Magic background, when you had an infinite combo, you just showed it β assuming your opponent was tapped out β and that was the game…’
Fun fact: According to a special tournament rule, if the infinite combo does nothing that would cause your opponent tu actually lose the game, you lose the game because of ‘stalling’.
Muck Plumber
Why should it? The cost on minions in play aren’t affected by this card.
Muck Plumber
I can also see this as the top end of an aggro deck. This for sure can cripple certain decks.
‘Iβve also heard some disheartened voices that it might be a better idea to just quit the game and get those 150 packs instead of playing…’
I don’t get it. What will you do with 150 packs of Hearthstone content when you quit playing the game?
