Right after Darkmoon Races mini-set’s launch, a new bundle became available. Or rather BUNDLES, because we’re getting three of them. But for some reason, you can’t pick which one you get.
Here are the potential options:
- Small Bundle for $9.99 / €9.99 – 10x Darkmoon Faire Card Pack + 1x Random Darkmoon Faire Legendary
- Medium Bundle for $19.99 / €19.99 – 20x Darkmoon Faire Card Pack + 2x Random Darkmoon Faire Legendary
- Big Bundle for $29.99 / €29.99 – 35x Darkmoon Faire Card Pack + 2x Random Darkmoon Faire Legendary
Is it worth it? Well, it depends. If you’re looking for cards from the mini-set, it’s better to just drop $14.99 and get all of them immediately. But if you’re still missing a bunch of Darkmoon Faire cards from the base set, those deals might be okay because of extra Legendaries.
Why didn’t they just make all of the bundles available and let players pick? And on what basis did they assign them to players? I’m honestly not sure, maybe they’re just testing a new method and assigned the bundles based on how many cards from the set you’re missing? Luckily, no matter which one you got, you can always buy the medium one through Battle.net shop. The bundles are available until February 9.

There seems to be the fourth bundle for Wild packs, but it’s pretty rare. Here’s what you’re getting for $19.99:
- 5x Kobolds and Catacombs Card Pack
- 5x Knights of the Frozen Throne Card Pack
- 5x Journey to Un’Goro Card Pack
- 5x Mean Streets of Gadgetzan Card PAck
- 5x Whispers of the Old Gods Card Pack
- 1x Random Legendary
Update #2:
Some players are also getting offered 5x Tavern Ticket (the ones you use for playing Arena & Heroic Duels) for $4.99. So that would make it 5 bundles in total?
Also, if you got offered one bundle in the game shop (e.g. $30 bundle), you should still be able to purchase the $20 one from Battle.net if you’re wondering.

Blizzard commented on reddit about the bundle – it’s intentional (but we honestly figured that out already):
Hi there! We’re testing some new types of offers in our shop, which will cause some users to see different offers. This is intended! Be sure to check the in-game shop and the web shop to see any offers available to you.
One thing is sure, reporting on those bundles is a nightmare! They should just make all of them available in shop at once and let players pick the one they want to buy.

Would have never known there were different bundles. I have the large one in my shop. I think ill pass on this one, would prefer a mixed bundle of standard cards.
If only this was crowdfunding for esports the bogusness would be much more appropriate.
Actually, there are 4 bundles, the last one offers 1 legendary and 5 packs from 5 wild sets for $20.
But I agree. Marketing side, If they wanna make everyone happy, they should’ve let us choose rather than gave us random bundle.

Not everyone can get it, I guess it’s based on how you played the game.
I’ve read it on reddit that someone who spent a lot usually got offered $30 bundle, while someone who played a lot of arena got offered $5 for 5 tickets.
I actually hit wild legend about as often as I hit standard legend, usually whichever feels easier I pick, but sadly didn’t get the wild bundle… I already packed or crafted all the scholomance cards I wanted sadly… they offered me the 30 dollar bundle
