Another shop update dropped today! It’s been a long day but I managed to squeeze this post in. As usual, expansion announcement means pre-purchases. And they seem to be following the exact same scheme as last time. We have two pre-purchase bundles and if you get both of them, you get 2 free Legendaries have access to a special “Sequence” bundle.
Other than the pre-purchases, we also have a couple of Hero skins (for Hunter and Paladin), three Signature cards (keep in mind that they all rotate out of Standard in 5 weeks) and a brand new Battlegrounds bundle.
Also, patch notes promised 3 free Lunar Year-themed Battlegrounds emotes in the shop, but right now they’re MIA. I’ll update this post after we get them.
P.S. Sinestra (from Mega Pre-Purchase bundle) is displayed as Demon Hunter in the promo materials and in Battle.net shop, but it’s actually Rogue in game. Keep that in mind!
Anyway, here are all of the new items that are available this week:
- CATACLYSM Mega Pre-Purchase Bundle (8000 Runestones or $80) – 80 CATACLYSM card packs + 10 Golden CATACLYSM card packs + 1 random Signature Legendary from the expansion + 1 random Golden Legendary from the expansion + 4 Tavern Tickets + Sinestra Rogue Hero Skin + Sinestra Card Back.
- CATACLYSM Pre-Purchase Bundle (5000 Runestones or $50) – 60 CATACLYSM packs + 2 random Legendary cards from the expansion + Sinestra Card Back.
- Note: If you buy both the Regular and Mega Pre-Purchase bundles, you can claim an extra free Golden Legendary card from the expansion. You also get access to the Sequence bundle below (can’t buy it by itself).
- CATACLYSM Sequence Pre-Purchase Bundle (6000 Runestones or $60) – 20 Golden CATACLYSM card packs + Diamond Victor Nefarius + 1 random Signature Legendary cards from the expansion
- Ancient Warrior Huln Bundle (1000 Runestones or $10) – New lite Hunter skin.
- Broken Shore Tirion Bundle (1000 Runestones or $10) – New lite Paladin skin.
- Signature Legendary Treasure Hunter Eudora (2500 Runestones or $25) – Signature version of Treasure Hunter Eudora. The Signature is also available from Perils in Paradise card packs.
- Signature Legendary Xor’toth, Breaker of Stars (2500 Runestones or $25) – Signature version of Xor'toth, Breaker of Stars. The Signature is also available from Great Dark Beyond card packs.
- Signature Legendary Gorm the Worldeater (2500 Runestones or $25) – Signature version of Gorm the Worldeater. The Signature is also available from Great Dark Beyond card packs.
- The Big Extravagant Battlegrounds Bundle (3000 Runestones or $30) – A new Battlegrounds bundle with 2 Epic Bartenders, 1 Legendary skin, and 3 Epic skins.
New items usually stay in the shop for 2-3 weeks, but it’s not always consistent. Sometimes they rotate out after just a single week, other times they stay for over a month. So if you’re interested in one of them, you probably shouldn’t wait too long.
