Patch 20.4.2 was released nearly two weeks ago. The biggest part of the update was banning Stealer of Souls in Wild format, since the decks built around it took over the format completely.
Because of that, Blizzard has offered a full Dust refund for anyone willing to get rid of their copies of Stealer of Souls. And so, until tomorrow (July 1), you can disenchant the regular version for 100 Dust and Golden version for 800 Dust. It’s a nice chunk of Dust, especially if you happened to open a Golden copy.
Additionally, the Emerald Malfurion bundle released last week is also expiring tomorrow. You can still buy Emerald Malfurion Druid alternate hero + 5x Druid card pack for $9.99, but it’s your last chance. So far Book of Heroes skins haven’t made a comeback – but of course they might in the future. Get it in-game or through the Battle.net shop.
Both of them will most likely expire tomorrow around 10 AM PDT / 19:00 CEST.
it is still showing only 20 dust refund (has the whole time) and when I try to dust it says “error, something went wrong, try again” – is anyone else having this issue?
Sorry to hear that, I disenchanted it on the patch day and it was all fine. I’d just send a support ticket if I were you (if you care enough about it, of course, haha).
