Some players were experiencing a bug that didn’t let them use the shop. Because of that, they couldn’t claim the Nemsy Necrofizzle Hero, who was given out for free last week. To address that, Blizzard has extended her availability until May 26. If you still haven’t grabbed her, or you couldn’t do it previously, go for it now!
