Masters Tour: Summer Championship starts on September 12, and we finally got some more details! It’s the second major competitive event in 2025. While the esports scene in Hearthstone has been struggling for the last few years, it seems like things are picking back up again, with more attention paid to the competitive side of the game. It’s still not perfect, but things are looking promising!
The event will include 16 players from three major regions – NA, EU and APAC; China has their own esports cirtcuit until Worlds. They qualified either through ladder points or one of the qualifier tournaments over the last few months. They will fight for their share of the $50k prize pool, as well as a chance to compete in the 2025 Hearthstone World Championship.
Broadcast starts at 9 AM PT (18:00 CET) each day on PlayHearthstone Twitch channel. The tournament will be cast by Edelweiss, Lorinda, Raven, and Sottle. There’s also an option to co-stream the event, so it’s safe to assume that we will have multiple “unofficial” streams, including ones in different languages.
