Update: Day 2 of the tournament is now live. Today, top 8 players who got through the Swiss stage are fighting for the final (non-Chinese) spot at the Hearthstone World Championship 2025. Hearthstone World Championship 2025 is coming close. The most important tournament of the year is happening December 18-21, and there’s one final spot to be claimed.

Over 100 players who narrowly missed their opportunity to qualify will compete in an action-packed event next weekend to determine who gets the shot at becoming the champion. Eligible players include Masters Tour players who didn’t quality though Spring/Summer Championship, Top 50 competitive points earners (highest Standard Legend finishers from the whole year), and Top 4 players from Last Chance Open Qualifiers.

While the first day of the tournament (Swiss stage) won’t be streamed, we will get to see Top 8 players in action on Sunday, November 16 at 9 AM PT (18:00 CET). You can watch it on the official Hearthstone Twitch and YouTube channels. The tournament will be cast by Edelweiss, Lorinda, Raven, Sottle, and PocketTrain. There will most likely also be some co-streams from other players, in different languages.

Twitch drops will also be active during the event. Watch the tournament on the official Twitch channel to earn two Across the Timeways card packs. Just be sure to connect your Twitch and Battle.net accounts if you haven’t done it already.

The hourglass is nearly empty, and Hearthstone competitors are running out of time to qualify for the World Championship. Eleven players have already secured their spots through Masters Tours and Ladder points. Four more will join next month from China’s competitive system. That leaves just one final spot to be claimed.

That’s where the Last Chance Finals comes in. It’s a high-stakes, winner-takes-all, single-day event featuring over 100 players from this year’s competitive circuit. Each of them narrowly missed their shot at glory and will now battle for one thing: the last ticket to the World Championship.
