Blizzard just posted patch notes for the 33.0.2 update. It’s a server-side hotfix rolling out today. As usual, patches like that roll out in waves, so you might not see it immediately, but you should get it over the next few hours.
Just to be absolutely clear – this is NOT a Constructed balance patch. None of the cards from the latest expansion are getting changed yet. The earliest I would expect a balance update is next week (most likely next Thursday), although nothing has been confirmed so far.
This patch mostly focuses on Battlegrounds changes to Anomalies and Trinkets. Pools of both of those have been changed, and Trinkets got some cost rebalancing. In terms of bug fixes, the most important one is E.T.C., Band Manager getting unbanned from Wild after issues around him have been resolved. Sharp-Eyed Lookout is also available once again (as far as I’m aware, it was banned by mistake).

- Resolved an issue preventing some players from accessing the Arena (main forum thread).

- Submerged Map now correctly discovers all Murlocs.
- Rangari Scout now correctly applies the discount from Raptor Herald’s kindred effect to the copy.
- Resolved an issue with Elise the Navigator’s spell damage buff not interacting correctly with Eruptions.
- The Forbidden Sequence Quest now will correctly progress when Discover is cast by the player.
- Nightmare Lord Xavius’ Dark Gift effect now correctly applies to summoned When Drawn cards.
- Wilted Shadow won’t fail to attack healed targets.
- Cards drawn from opponents’ decks by Doommaiden are not buffed anymore by Kil’jaeden’s portal.
- Sharp-Eyed Lookout is back!
- Spirit of the Mountain now correctly tracks for both players.
Bug Fixes and Game Improvements – BATTLEGROUNDS
- Felemental’s Deathrattle should now be properly triggered with Felemental Portrait.
- Amalgam and Mishmash stats will now correctly update if Curator Sticker is acquired when the hand is full.
- Persistent Poet now works with Silithid Burrower and Nightmare Par-tea Guest.
- Sea Witch Zar’jira now correctly provides a Spellcraft when Goldenized by Captain Sanders.
- Toxic Stinger now won’t target minions with Poisonous.
- Wax Imprinter will now correctly trigger at the start of turn, rather than at the start of combat.
- Silky Shimmermoth now interacts with Bristlebach Portrait.

- E.T.C., Band Manager won’t allow playing not owned cards anymore; the card is now available in Wild.
Bug Fixes and Game Improvements – GENERAL
- Resolved an issue causing the game to lock in Solo Adventures.
- Resolved an issue causing the Shop, and in some cases, the main menu as well, to be disabled.
