Deck Import

The bulk of this deck’s power comes from the synergy with holding a dragon by outvaluing your opponent each turn in the early game and then finishing them off in the mid to late game depending on how things progress. There are enough dragons in the deck to keep the synergy going and the mana curve is generous. Cards like FM and PS work well in mid game if you can’t afford to play a dragon. Once you get into late game, you will have a number of heavy hitting minions to chose from which offer different options depending on what you may need.

Cards like Bash, BWC, and Gorehowl offer value with being able to control the board when needed or to push out that last bit of damage to finish your opponent. Generally, you will want to mulligan for cards like BWT, FD, and AC as well as a dragon so you get the most out of them otherwise, your early game can be an uphill battle if you’re going against something aggressive.

Netherspite Historian works well with being able to either get a card you need or give you the opportunity to play a dragon you’ve been holding on to for a while, so don’t lose your synergy. Always double check before you play the only dragon in your hand. Pay close attention to how many you have left in your deck, if you still need synergy to secure a win, and the probability that you won’t draw a card that loses its value once your out of dragons.

Combos

Azure Drake and Bash

Most people remember Azure Drake for its drawability but forget it’s spell damage which can come in handy. One point of damage can tip the game in your favor so watch out for it.

Doctor Boom and Death’s Bite

This works well when you want to cause a lot of damage at once. If your DB is on it’s last swing and you’re facing down a board with quite a few minions on it or if you’re a few points short of leathal, this could be your answer.

I used to run double war axes but with the upcoming nerf, I replaced them with a second Death’s Bite and Bash.
