Very similar to Tempo Rogues which have been played last couple of expansions.
Naralex/Ysera package should be really good for filling the 7 and 9 mana cost requirements for Elise after the rotation. Having multiple mid-high cost dragons (Hooktail, Sinestra, Ultraxion) also makes Naralex a bit more stable.
Fast Forward is good in both drawing replacement for Dubious Purchase and mana cheating Naralex.
I believe Garona’s Last Stand would be a great card (might as well run 2 of them), providing Rogue removal after the rotation takes Talgath and Dubious Purchase. It also destroys Hooktail’s 0/8 chest, as it is a Legendary card.
Web of Deception as the last bouncing card left after the rotation gives Rogue a lot of value against heavy control decks. Can also be used on tokens from Herald effects to contest the board against fast tempo decks.
Maniacal Follower seems quite weak, might as well cut it, but it depends on how likely it would be in real games to get Herald cards out of Deja Vu and Nightmare Fuel.
