General Mulligans
The Arcane Blast and Forbidden Flame cards are solid enough to be played early or late, making them a good addition. A few low-cost cards got omitted because you don't want them early, but these cards are reliable enough and preparatory enough that they're solid.
This is a spell-heavy deck that centers around Spell Damage and cards that add more spells to your hand while still being solid enough to play on their own. I don’t have all of the legendaries, but even with substitutions I often win early. If, somehow, you don’t kick butt with this deck, Yogg-Saron will just blow up everything.
