General Mulligans

Mulligan hard for Ancient Watcher or Humongous Razorleaf. Never keep Defender of ArgusTortollan ShellraiserLyra the Sunshard, or Dragonfire Potion.

The dream is Ancient Watcher on 2, followed by Radiant ElementalPurifyPower Word: Shield on 3. You win most of the time if you manage to pull this off.

Introduction

A surprisingly consistent version of Divine SpiritInner Fire priest. Went 10-3 at rank 5 after trying out various meme decks (yay for level floors). It runs the new addition to the ‘can’t attack’ family: Humongous Razorleaf. Standout cards are Dragonfire Potion for Quest rogue and the 1x Tortollan Shellraiser.

Matchups

Against aggro, you either want taunts, or preferably an activated Ancient Watcher. Against quest rogue, use Shadow Visions to get Dragonfire Potion.

Control warrior is surprisingly easy because of the number of 2-drops they run. Use Potion of Madness to trade smartly and it should be an easy game.

The hardest matchup is arguably Exodia mage. You have to go face from the start and kill them before they draw their combo. Save Silence for when they drop Doomsayer.

There is only one copy of Inner Fire because it’s a dead card in most situations without 1) a body, and 2) Divine Spirit. Ideally, you don’t draw it, but use Shadow Visions to pull it after you’ve got the board.

If the game gets late, try to use Lyra the SunshardRadiant Elemental for more outs. Most of the time, I fill my hand with unplayable priest spells. However, if the game gets that late, you’ve usually won.

Good luck!
