Mulligans
Pressure the early game with Pirate while compete the quest. If you behind in aggro matchup , you have removals tools and heal to defend.
After have the quest, use Lady Prestor to turn the rest of your low mana pirate to dragon so you have another win condition. (The deck have 11 pirate so maybe you can turn 3 of them to dragon, any 1-2 other non pirate minions)
Rokara can be replace with cheap pirate, a tech card , or any minion of your choice.
