Never tried it before because expansion not out yet but I think this is a solid tempo rogue deck.
Burgling the bazaar is pretty easy just like getting combos from your typical si7, Edwin, Blink fox, Miscreant and burglar. I wouldn’t be surprised about running togwaggle as it has already been proven in the past that you don’t need more than 4 lackey generators to activate togwaggle. This deck is similar to espionage with cutlass but that always got countered by warriors but if u lose your weapon u have a 2 mana button to regenerate a 3/2 immune weapon.
