Mulligan Guide

General

Sethekk Veilweaver and Nazmani Bloodweaver can be played on tempo and can be resurrected later with Rally.

Cleric of Scales can be kept in the starting hand if you're holding a dragon or Draconic studies.

Renew and Palm Reading are always a good to have in the starting hand.

Keeping Insight along with a 3-cost card is good if you're planning to play it on turn 4.
