Not exactly – other players like NoHandsGamer or NAGON have played Galakrond Priest earlier in the expansion, before TicTac. But most of the “modern” builds are based on TicTac’s version, since it was working best.
Still, it’s a bit different than TicTac’s build (which we’ve also featured earlier) 🙂
