  Yes, absolutely. The incredible value you get from him in combination with Spirit Echo is what makes the deck as powerful as it is. Ancestral Spirit is shown here I think because Firebat was trying to stay true to the original deck for his Deck Doctor thing, but Spirit Echo should really be used because it affects all your minions on the board. The same is true of Infested Tauren, in that sure, playing an Infested Tauren on curve is cool, but you really don't need two in the deck. I would really just use one Infested Tauren and Cairne Bloodhoof instead.
