I did the same replacement for golakkas and it worked fine. Primordial drake is good but Ysera is the one that can get you lot of value in some matchups.
If you are using the radiant elemental replacements, you might as well just run Lyra the Sunshard too. Can often get more value than Ysera, and works very well with the radiant elementals.

I replaced Ysera with a 2nd primordial drake and the two golakka crawlers with two radiant elementals…. are these good replacements?
