    This is very similar to a deck I am having mild success with.

    I don't have the pirates, but instead go for spell damage with Thalnos, Spirit Claws, and Lava Burst.

    Thoughts on Sir Finley in this deck? I have the card but notice I usually prefer the shaman hero power, the extra minions and versatility of taunt, spell power, etc seem to work out better than anything I end up trading for. Am I using it wrong or any recommendations for a more useful replacement?

      Finley is a great way to finish your opponent, so save it until late game to achieve lethal. Totems is great early game but later on you want to finish the opponent as Quick as possible, for exemple: Rouges dagger, druids HP, hunters HP, and mage Firebolt.

      Won plenty of games thanks to finley

      Pulling Warlock HP wins the game against control classes most of the time. 3/4 Totems do virtually nothing on top of that, but Warlock, Druid, Mage, Hunter(In that order imo) increases your reach by quite a bit.

    Anyone still preferring this variant to the other aggro shamans? I swapped out Leeroy for Ancestral Knowledge because even though that draw sometimes won me the game, it was more often than not either a dead card, or it overloaded me to the point that I couldn't pull off lethal the next turn after drawing (e.g. Doomhammer + Rockbiter).

    I feel like the vast majority of the time, this deck loses to the aggro shaman that includes spirit claws and flamewreathed faceless so I'm probably going to swap over to one of those, but I'm curious if anyone else is still having success with this one.

    Is it good without Patches? Or better not to play any aggro decks without this card?

      I think it's still good without Patches.
