General Mulligans
These are generally the cards you want to keep or mulligan for at the beginning of each game.
This is my budget version of a tempo mage list that only costs about 1000 dust in total. The only addition from the new set included is Vex Crow, which is powerful 4-mana minion that can create alot of board value with low cost spells. Any changes to the decklist can be made to suite your dust amount or preference on card choices, but I hope at least this can give you a place to start. Happy hunting in The Witchwood!
