Budget Pogo Rouge (The Boomsday Project)

Looking for a cheap great deck. Well here is just the deck you where looking for! This deck uses Lab Recruter to shuffle extra Pogo Hoppers into the deck. Then you send your Lab Recruiter back to your hand with Shadow Step, and Youthful Brewmaster and use it again to to get more Pogo Hoppers. In the end game you will have pogo hoppers at about 17/17 and just exhaust your opponents recourses.
