Rating 5 star for potential of next set and beyond, this being a staple for quest Hunter.
6 damage for 3 mana, one less than Piercing Shot’s overall (and without the trample), but can hit multiple minions. Having the new hunter spell that makes your spell poisonous counters paladins stupid 3 minion taunt spell.
does this count towards the quest multiple times?
I don’t think so because technically, it’s the same spell (Quest reads ‘deal damage with two spells’).
But just like the question if it’ll repeat more than once, we will have to wait and see to be sure. 😉
So, does this only repeat once with 2 damage, or will it repeat a third time with 1 damage? The wording seems unclear as to whether the repeat effect is part of what will be replicated on the second trigger.
The image show 2 arrow on the bow so i think 3+2 or 4+3 with spell damage
I’m with you in that I think it’ll only repeat once … but regarding your argument, just look at Warlock’s Seeds of Destruction. 😉
it repeats the spell, which means it will re-do the entire spell, which will result in:
deal 3 damage, repeat with 1 less damage, deal 2 damage -> repeat with 1 less damage -> deal 1 damage , repeat with 1 less damage -> no damage left so it stops
If you look at the card text, it seems like it’ll repeat a second time and deal 1 damage. If not, wording should be ‘Repeat this once with 1 less damage’.
But hey, Hearthstone is famous for inconsistant wording, so …
Value but is it strong enoug. I think it can maybe fit into beast hunter or be pulled of by a school teacher. 3 stars
