It is either enabling a Naval mine deck or unplayable, that is, in standard. In wild there just HAS to be a way this card does something stupendous.

The problem is the lack of good deathrattles other than the mine. Love the art. The one less mana is an interesting effect

If Blizzard actually prints deathrattle support in the next expansion, this would absolutely be a staple in any deathrattle deck. At the moment though, it's very underwhelming. 4/5 because it has significant potential, even though it would kind of suck to play at release.
