OK, let's play this after getting 3 coins with Umbral Skulker; you draw 3 cards for free... Add a bunch of Lackeys/Preparation/Cheap Spells and refill your hand! Aggro Rogue needs that card! We'll see if this is finally OP or NOT.

No Aggro Rogue ever will run this card ... it costs 5. Way too slow for anything other than Miracle Rogue - which simply uses Auctioneer.

For Aggro Rogue to do that, it would have to run Galakrond and all its support cards. The Neutral Galakrond cards are out of the question, having no immediate effect on the board and being too slow. The Rogue Galakrond cards also have weak immediate effects, and weak cards like that don't exactly fit in an aggro type deck. Nah, running this package in an aggro Rogue would just ruin aggro Rogue.
Not sure this card would fit in any kind of competitive deck.

You know this is actually an interesting card if factor in one possibility combo with the add 3 coins to your hand AFTER playing espionage and you could negate part of that cards problem of losing deck consistency. Since this could just allow you to draw 4 cards minimum after that play.
