Well jee, that seems pretty good….
Today, in broken and “Why not? /o-รณ/” Cards: we have this beauty…
Again hunter gets most dumb, straightforward and strong cards to go face.
This card doesn’t need to do 50000 damage to be good. At worst you pair this with like Aimed Shot and you played a 2 mana 2/3 deal 3 to face which is more than playable given Hunter’s track record of shoving questionable face damage cards in the deck. That is also the “worst” case scenario.
The wording of the Terrorcoil with “the next spell CASTS twice” also leads me to believe it will also double dip on this card in which case turn 4 Terrorcoil into this plus Aimed Shot on 5 is 12 damage to the dome with a 6 damage hero power in the waiting room.
Super over-rated. I don’t see this card being good at all.
i think that this will be overrated,
opponent will remove this immediately,
damage is hard capped by mana spent on spells,
so maybe its good but don’t think this will be meta defining.
Not meta defining but it makes for several OTK options, play this minion, ancient reflections it and play 4 mana worth of spells. Damage will range from 32 to 38 easily
And how exactly are you going to get an ancient reflections?
Kazakusan, remember the dude with 20 treasures and 15 chances to see it? The consistency will not be huge but reflections is common enough unlike trying to get the entire 2 part sword. I didn’t say it was good, but Iksar recently said they weren’t planning on making more OTKs and we already have another.
Definitely not Meta Defining but it’s more of a late turn finisher for face and quest hunter.
Since most classes seem to being going more tempo and more control, hunter finds more targets for their low cost minion spells. Getting free HP turn 8 and having a hand with two aimed shots and this guy in your hand is 22 in one turn.
I hate Quest Hunter actually
I’m not sure whether or not this buffs Quest Hunter or not. The quest says “Deal damage with 2 spells”. I’m not sure him proccing counts as the spells having produced the damage… thoughts?
It’s the minion that deals damage, so no quest proc. But it does extend the already great reach the deck has.
Lowkey reminds me of Altruis the Outcast for Demon Hunter( that guys that did the aoe for playing a left or right most card).
Its rare for me to see a card and actually be afraid…
This card is really good and cheap.
