not sure why this card is rated at 4 stars. living roots is better. This card is a tad better than a 1/2 which is awful if you think of north shire cleric and void walker even without their abilities. I’d say it’s a 2 star card.

That villager looks so funny. He is possessed by the evil old gods. Probably this is the only card I’ll make golden in this set.

OK so there is a difference with Argent squire. It’s a deathrattle minion. So he has interaction with Nzoth(not the best one though) and other cards interacting with deathrattle. And another thing, which is more important! It doesn’t die to shadow word pain, or other destroying cards, such as twisting nether. So it’s a better 1 drop then Argent squire

Also it’s strictly better than Argent Squire because any warlock deck worth it’s salt playing this card is going to be an aggro deck. Which typically run two copys of Power Overwhelming. And since it’s a deathrattle and not a divine shield you’ll be left with a 1/1 token.

Is a bit different from argent squire when it comes to interactions in zoo:

Better with: knife juggler, power overwhelming.
Worse with: the +1/+1 taunt giver.

Since zoo is loosing a lot of cards and once ran argent squires, this might return but I suspect it will only be run in deathrattle decks, which could possibly run an ok-ish one-drop.

The only reason I visited this page was for the card art. It’s beautiful.

I definitely see this in a zoo deck, but it’s kinda weird how it works almost exactly like argent squire, would this be preferred over argent squire for some reason I’m not seeing?

If not then why are they releasing what is basically the same card?

Remember the 10 cost summon all death rattle minions. This thing is for working towards a deathrattle Warlock

I think its pretty good, can’t be removed with a 1 mana spell I think, there are lots of minions on 1 mana that die from this one, it could be used in warlock

Earth Shock is the only one I can think of

      Mortal coil…..

The point is that mortal coil would spawn the next 1/1, so the card wouldn’t be fully removed.

i think this is a pretty decent card it’s essentially a 1-cost 1/2 in two bodies. pretty good in arena, debatable in standard

its basicly argent squire … 1 mana 1/1 that can ignore dmg once, the only “advantage” is its a deathrattle so it can be brought back by nzoth

It’s better in zoo most of the time due to the double knive juggler proc and it uses power overwhelming better.

Argent Squire; decent draft pick for Dark Peddler. Also wears abusive sergeant effects well.

Seems like a slightly weaker Haunted Creeper. 1 less mana though. Makes sense in zoo, is pretty much Argent Squire that triggers Knife Juggler when it loses its divine shield. Not bad, not great. It’s k.

Its half a haunted creeper for warlock. might be used in zoo, just have to wait and see.

I like it because it reminds me of a simpler, cheaper Dread Steed on turn 1.

Its not bad right? For arena its a good card 1 mana 2/2 right unless shadowbeast is a negative card

      April 8, 2016 at 12:32 PM

It’s a 1/2 because it can only deal 1 damage at one time. Its two 1/1’s so it’s subject to 1 damage abilities each as well

        it’s a 2/2 if you’re lucky
