Is Mo'arg Artificer's*2 + Talented Arcanist + Piercing Shoting your own talented arcanist a 4 card 10 mana otk?

I think Excess Hunter will now officially be a new archetype. Wherever there is a minion to Take Down, your opponent will take some damage because of it. So, I think Pericing Shot will be just fine, as a spell. 4 Stars.
