I think this is playable, just not as a deck buildaround. Instead, you play only a few Neutral minions, wait until your deck thins out, and drop this, the same way Control Mech Warrior would eventually drop Omega Assembly or Control Shaman gets Hagatha online. This is expensive and doesn’t have board impact, but 7/7/7 generate 5 cards still seems like a heckuva play.

Paladin has gotten all sorts of cool healing and removal cards these past years, but a control deck never took off. Why? Cuz Paladin has no Value Cards. But now he does! A control deck has no problem waiting to draw Alysiana/Siamat/Ziliax or whatever Neutrals it really really wants, then using this to get a bunch of resources on the spot.

Even then if it’s needed paladin can use the 2 cost 3/2 to make rest of neutrals in deck into class cards so it gives a backup option if hands running thin.

Ultra powerful card, but ultra slow and not worth it… 2/5

The Stars Aligned for Paladin. Should he take the Risk for Value, or whose he worries too much about Zilliax and Siamat for not being in their deck? Regardless I would have said that this is 5 Stars actually. So bar Paladin likes recycling, but trying to gain a handful of cards that could or not be useful would have been otherwise. But Having 5 chances for a good or a bad card is more then we can ask for.

A ton of value but seems too slow imo. 3/5

Awesome card that brings a new deck style. It seems this expansion is trying out lots of new mechanics and tries to see what sticks and what doesn’t. I kinda hope this does cause the idea is great, though it probably needs a bit more support in order to work.

Honestly I think not including neutrals is not as bad as not playing duplicates while this eff has similar power as zephrys (but u can run 2 of them + the truesilver guy). So this will be played and the card which swaps neutral is trash and won’t see play even if it now has a counterpart

This is definitely meant to be played with the 2 cost that makes all neutral cards in your deck into random class cards. Yes random cards aren’t bad but if your hand is mostly empty 5 random cards is better than nothing.

Interesting, but slow. It’s incredible value, but you have to give up on a lot of cards in order to get this to work. It also takes a lot of room in your hand – who would be so thirsty for value to run this ? so many cards can be good, but, just getting random cards isn’t going to save your butt against the many archetypes and synergies we’ll see this expansion. The effect is strong, but almost all cards of this set are powerful. In the current meta, it is probably closer to a 2/5 or max 3/5 stars than the 4.3 people give it.

I think point missed was that neutral that would change all neutral minions in deck into random class cards. If in late game and your hands mostly empty for 9 Mana you get 2 minions out and 5 cards added to your hand.
