Draw a card for 2 mana, no damage is better than Warlock hero power; also give 2/2 in stats?! Yes Please. Great card.
For the first expansion in the New Year, it sure delivers. Lots of very powerful stuff. I wonder what they’ve planned for the second and third expansion. o.O
Best card in the set, 5/5.
I wouldn’t say it’s best so far it still requires having a minion on board.
At the moment best card in set still goes to Kayn Sunfury being able to make all your friendly characters (including going face) flat out ignore taunt is frightening.
Are you that sure Kayn Sunfury’s gonna be that OP? You do require a big board of minions to properly utilize Kayn, and most of the time your opponent’s going to try to clear any big boards of minions that you place down.
Plus, there’s that Demon Hunter card that silences an enemy minion, making it much more flexible than Kayn.
All in all, personally I’m not completely convinced that Kayn will find the right deck in this expansion.
The bit with Kayn though is you basically treat him like Leroy you only play it when can go lethal. Since he lets all friendly attacks go face you can even use your weapon as well. The silence isn’t guaranteed to be in hand when needed and can only stop one taunt.
Unlike libran cards, this card it’s good by itself
Add in Lady Liadrin giving a copy of this back to hand Selfie Pally is looking up as a possibility.
This card doesn’t EVEN seem that bad…
