We need another lackey generator, if not, for much i love ma demons is not worth of a play most of the time.
At this stage the card may be overrated; Blizzard hasn’t released enough warlock lackey support right now, pretty sure cable rat and evil genius are the only ways warlock makes lackeys (correct me if I’m wrong plz). If it gets enough support then this has lots of potential to be busted.
3 Mana 3/3, Give a Lackey Blessing of Kings? 5 Stars.
So broken. The only draw back is that it’s insane early game battlecry requires the lackey which you might not have at the start. If you do, by turn 4 you can sac a 1/1 for a 3/3 and a 5/5!? And if it’s in a zoo deck, there’s probably other crap on the board the opponent has to deal with. Good luck. Even later in the game this is still solid because with the lackey its always a 7/7 trade-off for 3 mana which is insane value at all times. 5/5
This is oddly comparable to Heistbaron Togwaggle, in fact maybe just a smaller version of it. A mediocre card that you can’t play on curve, but when you have a lackey to play alongside it, you gain massive tempo. 4 mana for 8/8 among two bodies is perfect for zoo and has synergy with other staples like knife juggler, dire wolf, other lackeys, etc. just like Heistbaron’s Wand has perfect synergy with rogue decks. Heistbaron was clunky when you had it but no lackey, but this card even makes up for that (3/3/3 is much better than a 6/5/5) so I’m giving it a 5 star rating.
You can play it on curve with coin or with wisp…
The battlecry only works with lackeys
I think its being waaaaaay overrrated, the fact you need 3 cards to make this work, at best like a 4 turn play, its not what zoolock its looking… I mean, that 0/2 egg its actually hard to trigger sometimes, so i think after some experimentation this would be dropped unless we are getting some more good lackey generators

There is no way for warlock to get a lackey on the board before turn 3 without the coin
The plan is simple, we kill a minion to get lackeys, we kill lackeys to get demons, the we kill demons to gain restore 5 health.
So dissapointed, I miss playing warlock but ofc I refuse to play zoo…
And WHY is this a common!? It has some weird crap high roll potential. I do not see the reason… :/
jeez, this is ridiculously broken
If Warlock gets a 1-cost lackey drop this expansion, this card goes from good to broken. Even without a 1-cost lackey drop, it’s still 8/8 stats on turn 4. Remember the good ol’ 4 mana 7/7? He’s back. I’m rating this card 5/5.
Mayby midrange or Tempo lock inc?
It’s impossible to trigger his battlecry on turn 3 without the coin. Not just that, but it can be very inconsistent; drawing this without lackey generation is awkward, whereas drawing lackey generation without this guy forces you to choose between holding on to the lackeys for who knows how long, or just playing them and risking them dying when you might topdeck this guy next turn.
That said, the payoff for getting EVIL recruiter’s combo off is hard to argue with. 5/5

You have to destroy a friendly lackey, so a Wisp won’t do! You need to generate a lackey first, which you can do by playing EVIL Genius or EVIL Cable Rat on turn 2. On turn 3, you can then play the lackey for 1 mana and follow it up with EVIL Recruiter, but only if you have the Coin to give you the 4th mana crystal you need 🙂
This card is very powerful. Its stats are on par with its cost and it bears a very threatening effect that could give early victory if left unanswered. What else could I give but a 5/5, I can’t find anything bad about this card.

Very good card in my opinion! can be used in a Zoolock for and aggressive start and even in a Control can provide a big minion as a early bait for removal o give more value to lackeys in middle/late stages.
This is basically a turn 4 card at the earliest the fact that it relies on having 2 other cards enforces this one needing to be played turn one that lives to 2. A specific card to play on turn 2 and then you need to have this plus coin in hand to play for turn 3. Not saying it’s impossible but this has a lot higher appearance rate for 4 over 3 simply for fact half the time you won’t have coin.
Now seeing as how this is a lackey restriction and shaman has one to I’m betting we may see more cards like this during rest of the year.
Zoolock now has there own way of getting mountain giant? This be getting stupid. Lackeys give mose of their value after being played so this seems to be giving them even more reason to see play in warlock. This is the card you build a deck for. We already know how good 8/8 is turn 3
You would need coin to play this turn 3 so unless your going second this is a turn 4 card. And even with coin you would need 3 SPECIFIC cards to make this work a 1 cost minion that lives to turn 2 the 2 cost lackey generator and this card on turn 3.
Turn 1 minion + turn 2 EVIL genius can be replaced by a turn 2 EVIL cable rat, so it’s easier to pull off than you make it sound.
True but that’s still leaving you needing specific requirements on turn 2 which I’ve played several games where I never saw a copy of a card even with 2 in deck. This is talking having about 12-15 cards left in the deck. If take rat into account that’s 2/30 cards that would need to have within first 5 cards or so. Then you have 2/30 of this needed within first 6.
It’s still possible but like said it would have to happen at the SAME time that your going second which automatically cuts out 50% of all your games. That’s why this is better stated as a turn 4 play because it has more than twice as much chance of occuring.
Warlock is getting good Minions this expansion. I guess the plague card will also be good..

Vote this into 5.0! Great card! Lackey generation is still there for all classes. Evil Conscripter is there.
