I always look up legendaries I roll, most of time all I hear is that it’s not that great even if the effect is interesting.

    NOT THIS TIME HONEY

Basically an auto include in DR decks and this card basically has a soft taunt since your opponent is not going to want it staying on the board. It also helps zoo lock around the late game by bulking up their little drop minions.

I’m deeply impressed with all the deathrattle synergies this has.

Actually, I’m deeply impressed overall. ๐Ÿ˜€

I think I already found my insta-golden craft for this expansion.

PS: Sidenote is that you can play this with Sylvanas on turn 10 for a decent board swing (Spiritsinger Umbra might be better, though ๐Ÿ˜‰ ).

Looking forward to seeing the interaction with this card and Jaraxxus.
Is it going to be a suicide troll like I expect it would be?

Incompetent Team 5 knows only 2 types of design recently:

    1) random clown fiesta

    2) highroll

    P.S. The card is broken.

He’s alright, but you’re not going to pull much off with the card unless you’re already winning.

If you’re playing from behind, your opponent can probably muster together six damage so it’ll die before you can really get going with the card.

Takahn was at least a aura buff that remained even after the minion died. It was also always a +3/+3 buff on the one mana Lackeys while Gandling giving a +2/+1 buff on your two mana minions on average really isn’t that impressive.

The best I can really see for this is dropping it on turn six with either the new Boneweb Egg (For a 3/6, 4/4, and two 2/1s) in Warlock or with Grandmummy (For a 4/7, 4/4, and a 1/1) in Priest.

Other scenarios really rely on playing this either super late or surviving a turn. The former probably won’t have much impact and the latter is generally unlikely.

Good stats and good effect but seems kinda slow for warlock imo… For priest this seems much stronger tempo option.

    Let the hype begin!!!

    Okish card, 3/5

Now that’s what I’m talking about.

so now, whenever priest is getting Zoo or Tempo, He can use Gandling.

Also, Warlock using Gandling is much like using Tehkan but before Tehkan is here. So he Pretty much has a Second Tehkan in a way.

I actually really like this card, even though It’s a Tehkan for 10 mana or over and you have bad luck in getting Actual Tehkan

5 Stars. And yes, I know this works with Deathrattle, but I don’t know if this also works with Summon.

If it does, then it could even be 6 Stars for how Stupidly powerful it would than be.

For Priest I like the idea of destroy a DR minion (Kaarhj, Infiltrator, Karthut, etc) This is a great card for Rez Priest (thinking in the res pool). Premium stats for 4 mana so should be treat as a soft-taunt.

For Warlock, obvious choice is Zoo but could see play in other archetypes (Quest/Control).

    Decent Legendary. 4/5.

Anything you can’t combo with in the same turn you play it probably isn’t really going to happen.

Why would this be good for Rez Priest?

I also really wouldn’t call 3/6 premium stats either.

In warlock as people says it’s perfect.

In boost/deathrattle priest with cheep minions, or one that has been swarmed by Albatrosses (hehe) it is fully functional.

Note that it says “play” so generated or summoned tokens or cheated minions will not proc this. That being said it makes the card way weaker.

This will be played on curve asap and one can just hope it sticks. Overall a really strong card I’d say. 4.5 stars

If it proc’ed off of all summons It would be terrible in rez priest and it would hurt when using several other effects. Honestly dropping mindflayer on a warriors Rattlegore would be almost be worse than have a 9/9 Rattlegore if the proc happened on all summons. The card is meant to gain immediate deathrattles and slam out 4/4 tokens for cheap. If it applied to all summons it would get nerfed patch day assuming it didn’t get nerfed before release. By not destroying rezzed/cheated out/stolen minions there are times where it is probably stronger because you can keep the second kartut or the minion you use reckless reclaimer on

Oh dang, good in Zoolock, you can treat it kinda like a second Tekahn.

Priest is more eh, itโ€™s support for Zoo priest and I dunno how viable that is. Priest has a lot of small Deathrattles and Lackeys it can decide to work with but Iโ€™m not sure this card is enough to make that sort of strategy viable on its own.

Zoo’s Second Scrap Imp. It also has great survivability with 3/6 stats, so you can drop it on 4 and summon 20/20 on Turn 5. Or it comes down on Turn 6 or 7 after Hand of Gul’dan and gives you a great midrange board. It also plays well along Magic Carpet since you want to use this on 1-Cost minions like Argent Defender or Shieldbearer. 5/5 Stars.

For Priest… I dont know why this is in Priest. It can be good with deathrattles like Chronobreaker but that is far from consideration for contructed. 2/5 for decent stats.
