if you previously in the game discarded a silverware golem, but it was then summoned, could it still be summoned by this card? or does the card have to come from your graveyard?
If you discard and summon it, then its probably going to die from the board, so yes.
Would Zavas be a 2/2?

Further enhancing the midrange Quest-Discolock archetype, this card is a fantastic 6-drop in the deck. It makes discarding more of a tempo trade-off rather than a resource trade-off and thus increases the value of using discards to contribute to the quest.
I think this is staple in the midrange quest-deck. It’s a great card.
If one of these guys are discarded, then the other one will become a makeshift dreadsteed. If Spiritsinger Umbra is on the board when either one of these makeshift dreadsteeds die or are played, then you will have a full board of them.
Do you summon Cluthmother Zavas if it got discarded (but back to the hand again)
I personally doubt it, it would be a terrible synergy, as it would resurrect as a 2/2
