Pass the turn and you’re good to go. 3/5

So, taking to account turn order, would this be shuffled to your deck first, when player first before doomsayer, before doomsayer ticks?

I can’t believe this only has a 3 star rating.

This is almost a staple in any control Deck!

Think about it. You NEVER FATIGUE, until this is killed. If you run 2 of these, with one or 2 elephants. Your opponent has to deal 10 damage or remove it or the elephant in the late game or you go infinite.

You shuffle 2 more into your deck with the elephant, and just keep playing playing it over and over.

Essentially your opponent has to go through 40 damage worth of taunts (or more) at the end of the game. (If you put 2 of these and 2 elephants in ur control deck)

Not to mention it’s still a good stall card to play on turn 4 for control decks! (that have good turn 5 removal – Aka brawl, mass hysteria, Hags scheme, frost nova + doom slayer, n star fall, shirk-ray kinda)

Control decks that fatigue fast, like warlocks can use this to never fatigue in the late game unless your opponent can kill them and essentially do 10 damage for 4 turns in a row.

After they’ve already gone through your whole deck. Some control decks won’t be able too!

This in Rogue is even really good to! If you draw ur whole deck after playing Unstable Element, You can drop a 3-10 every turn for 4 mana to protect your minions!

I honestly bet this will be probably the best card of the entire new set!

when you shuffle something into your deck it doesn’t keep any buffs or enhancements does it?

I don’t think it will be the best card but it might find some uses to stall out aggro for a turn while you wait for your removal.

If fatigue warlock is a thing and they’re running the elephant, I could see this being pretty interesting. Probably worth it if the meta is super aggro happy too. Maybe freeze mage could combo it in with their other show down mechanics.

Why is everyone comparing this to Doomsayer. Except for silence priest this card is frost nova (in the best case). You never run frostnova just to stop aggro and frostnova would perform better then this card (since now the opp can decide to skip the turn or destroy or silence this card) although frost nova is cheaper. So you will never wanna run this (maybe in combo with 1 doomsayer but this seems very unconsistent for a 2 card 6 mana combo).

This seems like a good body for silence priest. But SP has to silence this card on the same turn. So you can’t even play this normally before turn 6. 3/10 seems to be good but for turn 6 it’s not super amazing. So i don’t think SP wanna play this either.

    1/5

Normally 1/5 but in silence priest easily a god tier card, 5/5

    Interestin concept

i think its similar to Doomsayer…maybe ? Kind of ?

You will play this vs aggro deck to slowthem down, they have to kill it or you won a turn if they pass…ofc its NOT rly imilar to DS but i guess you’ll play this one for the same reason, to buy time

It’s Doomsayer’s Girlfriend, Expect it has Taunt instead. It doesn’t explode the board, but it sure is going to protect you by a Mile. The 3 Attack is just enough to be scary for pretty much aggressive decks, and I can even see some Aggro and Tempo Decks using this, not just Control Decks. Hell, I can see anyone use this card and feel fine. The Flavour of this card is really nice, because now you no longer need to worry so much about using Elysiana anymore, so long as you have an Augmented Elekk with you, so you can try to spam as many Mirages as you can. A Deserving 5 Stars* (Asterisk), in my opinion, but It’s going to feel a little bit weird for Warrior at first.

      July 29, 2019 at 12:28 pm

Why i wanna use this card more then ice nova against aggro (which is not played at all even though it performs much better then this). If this is your win condition to not die due to fatigue i guess every control player can remove a 3/10 body easily, so its not shuffled back and you fatigue anyway.

        July 29, 2019 at 3:33 pm

Frost Nova is in literally every mage deck right now. I’m not saying this card is a frost nova, but it’s worth noting that the card is played in a t1 deck.

        • Tricklas
          July 30, 2019 at 2:46 am

Fair enough. But i guess it’s played because its a spell and 1 mana cheaper. Can u explain why u think this card is different from frost nova? I feel like in the best case your opp skipes his turn then this is basicly frost nova but he has the chance to do different things and this is more expensive so this card is worse.

          • ActualWaterfowl
            July 30, 2019 at 6:13 am

I agree that this card is worse than frost nova if you’re not somehow exploiting the fact that this is a minion. With nova, you have a guarantee that your opponent’s minions won’t attack next turn (unless they somehow all get silenced). This card is soft to removal and thus is significantly less reliable.

        • 1194Ching
          July 31, 2019 at 6:41 am

Though this can only endure 10 damage as opposed to frost nova that completely negates enemy oppression. Furthermore, it is a minion which can be targetted by removals, unlike frost nova wherein you completely skip your attack phase (except if you have charge in a non-full board setup).

Ugh what we looking at here is a monster of a card for silence priest drop this and silence clone it and you have 2 4/10s on the board that can be rough to try and remove. Then you have divine spirit and inner fire/topsy turvy that would let you turn them into a beat stick. Definitely works for warlock with the quest this would basically help to nullify some of the issue from drawing into deck to quickly.

The main decks likely to play this card will likely have decent draw power to make up for reshuffling and will probably run control cards to mop up with the next turn. I would say this card wouldn’t be so bad for druid with the Overflow card as well, since quest would trigger both powers nourish and the 2 Mana spell would always draw cards after complete. So having a way to try and keep away from fatigue is useful.

Good synnergy with Jade’s Oaken Summons in Wild for surviving aggressive decks. Though this is purely defensive

  13. MorbidArtist
    July 29, 2019 at 7:37 am

A very situational clutch lethal preventer. Probably good vs aggro decks, which already have ways around large health taunt minions. Useless in the early game. Might be slightly better in arena or in fatigue delay battles.

OMG this card is going to make a plottwist deck from a T4 into a T2 deck. It’s still hard to say how impactfull the quest is going to be for a plottwist deck. But I m sure it will outpower a Control Warrior.

Serious this is the missing link! One of the problems a plottwist warlock has is that to many minions are 6 mana cost. And it has huge issues against agro. Being able to delay them a turn and make them invest more into the board is a huge deal. And it’s downside even counters the card pool issue you will have once the quest is complete.
And Just because a plottwist warlock ‘can’ go infinite with the Elek combo you wont survive even against a control Warrior if you end up waiting forever to draw booth plottwists. Not to mention their is currently not a good enough 4 slot taunt.

Finelly a card I have been waiting for!

Divine spirit is most likely the next card to get nerfed or hall of famed so i would not count on that plan. Interesting design, always good to see something new.

    Looks good for control warrior:
-turn 4 this, turn 5 brawl
    and delays fatigue.

    • Vincent
      July 29, 2019 at 1:36 pm

Control warrior vs aggro, you play this card, then your opponent will just sit out the round. Ok you can brawl after, but what if you can’t. You just lost a card, wouldnt you rather have brawl instead? Frightened Flunky is so much better.

      • Brann
        July 29, 2019 at 4:04 pm

Not really, it also lets you never fatigue in control vs control match ups, unless you opponent saves 20 damage worth of removals in the late game, 40 if you run 3 elephants.

This is so much better then flunky

Warrior also has suppercollider turn 5 for after the stall

        • Vincent
          July 30, 2019 at 1:50 am

Nope. Omega Devestator says hi. And Archivist is better for the fatigue game, which removes all Conjured Mirage copies from your deck.

  17. LorereaderPoCho
    July 29, 2019 at 6:38 am

This is a really interesting design but I have my doubts that it will see play. It’s kind of like at best a Frost Blast, or whatever that 3 mana card that freezes everyone, that you can use more than once. So outside of some other combo or synergies… But of course the frost blast is just best case scenario because frost guarantees to stop an aggro board for a turn, whereas this can be removed and then you take damage. 2 Stars, but cool design hopefully they will bring back on a better card.

This is probably going to lead to some extremely annoying Fatigue concepts.

    July 29, 2019 at 6:12 am

I immediately thought of Quest Warlock when I saw this. Then I remembered that Quest Warlock can already go infinite with Plot Twist + Elekk, so this is irrelevant outside of Silence Priest. 2/5

    • MJT3ll3r
      July 29, 2019 at 7:24 am

True but maybe this allows the deck to drop Elekk. Dropping a card that is merely a combo piece is promising.
On the other hand, when including both, elekk would shuffle an extra mirage if this ability activates at the start of your turn.

    • Xix
      July 29, 2019 at 7:44 am

Just because Plot Twist + Elekk can go infinite that’s like 1 out of 20 for the way to win. Most of the time you go for Dorian combo or Fel Lord Betrug combo. Allso when up against control war, it becomes pointless for them to kill Dr. Morrigan because she will endlessly trade places with ‘Conjured Mirage’ Combined with the quest reward you have a infinite wall, and a 5-5 that endlessy comes back. It might just be that a Plottwist deck will no longer even need Elekk in their deck.
Dont forget it’s even great against agro.

My silence priest looking good, or just a good turn of peace vs agresive no hunters – screw deadly shot – decks, maybe warlock now too with impbalming.

  22. Syn3rgie
    July 29, 2019 at 5:48 am

It could maybe be used in silence priest for the 10hp stats. Loses the taunt but can be used with the inner fire combo pretty soon. But then again, if you don’t have silences on your hand, it’s just a dead card or a waste of tempo… so idk.

  23. Taznak
    July 29, 2019 at 5:47 am

This is pretty miserable if played on curve, it saves you one turn worth of face damage but then just goes away and leaves you in a huge tempo hole. Later on, buying you a turn can be a huge deal, especially if you can follow this up with more stall effects like those from Freeze Mage, or a big board clear from something like Earthquake or Plague of Death. In a long game, this can help stave off fatigue.

Overall, it has potential but it’s hard to predict if it’ll see a lot of play, since it’s such a unique effect. 3/5

    • KubanaHAFANANA
      July 29, 2019 at 6:22 am

since when is 4 mana 3-10 tempo loss? 😀 I want som of what you smokin. If this is left unanswered lets say in priest deck you are in a world of hurt next turn plus you cam combo this with the new shadow card in rogue or an elekk and you are good to go with talanji deck or whatever

      • HOLLOWTRVCE
        July 29, 2019 at 6:30 am

It is tempo loss as if it survives, as they can just not use minions to attack it, it returns to your deck at the start of your turn. So it stalled a turn, but your turn 4 play now no longer exists on the board. It is tempo loss unless you’re silencing it with Priest, or it’s played later in the game and can be followed up with AOE or something.

This card will make long match decks like Control Warrior even more painful. Usually, having 2 copies of this in hand and 0 cards in deck means that your opponent no longer has a way to deal 10 damage instantly. However, I doubt it can replace Elysiana because it takes 2 spots in the deck.

In every other case, this is just useless. Its like Time Out from Paladin but it disrupts card draw which makes it unplayable in Combo decks.

  29. Tyrant11306
    July 29, 2019 at 5:18 am

What a weird card. Anti-aggro, anti-tempo? Would be better if it said “destroy, then shuffle” for reborn shenanigans. I guess quest Paladin can go infinite?
