This is automatically powerful for Cyclone Mage. How I imagine the Biscuit to be is that it'll be a 0 mana better version of the Coin. I think you can pull off some nasty tricks since you can effectively have up to 14 mana now, and imagine all the possibilities that you can pull off. Who knows, maybe Malygos Mage might return. This is Powerful for Any Mage, but especially for Cyclone.

Quest Mage in Wild will use it decently well. Gives a "tick" on quest and speeds up the clock a bit especially towards clearing aggro boards with turn 4 blizzard or something.

This card enable a crazy line in Rouge where on turn 2:
Backstab - Wand Thief (Conjure) - Prep - Conjure - Coin - Foxy - Biscuit - Edwin (16/16)
Of course the Wand Thief part is quite random but it utilizes all the cards you usually mulligan in the early game and the Backstab - Wand Thief is common play so the chance is pretty decent. If this is a Rouge's card, it would be insane.
