Circle of healing doesn’t add +4 health to minions; they RESTORE 4 health to all minions. So in the case of Deathlord, which has a max health of 8, and if circle of healing were to use when the said Deathlord is still in full health, it wouldn’t increase his health to 12.

I could see it being used in different ways. A simple example would be to attack before playing the card with your minions who have a higher dmg than health. cast confusion and with the calculated dmg end it.

Could be a great combo-enabler. Great card!

      It has an awesome potential…

vs Aggro deck : Holy Nova then Confuse and you unleash your creatures (deathlord 8/2 or Ysera 12/4) on him…

Otherwise ? Confuse and Nova and you got the Egality/Consecrate of the paladin.

Remove Ysera or KT ? Confuse then BGH or PW : Death…

So so so many possibilities in a single card.

I can’t see this being played. If you wanted an effect like this surely it would be better to use crazed alchemist which is the same cost, more controlled and gives you a 2/2,
