yeah, let's be real. this is going to be Deal 4 damage a lot of times. many of those times, Boomkin might as well say "Destroy a minion" because most of the early and some of the mid-game cards have around 4 health anyways. Restoring 8 is nice, too. that's having a free ice barrier for Druid. so you can kinda see this as valuable is just a plain "2 mana 4/5" for druid.
I'd even agree to give it 5 stars. If you are not there to have a free Ice barrier and you're there for a free worse version of assassinate which is still good enough to have.
