You Can Choose An Extra Level 100 Rewards Track Hero Portrait For Getting 7200 Honor (Battlefield Master Achievement)

Update: I apologize, I initially thought that the rewards are “Tier 2” (Tavern Regular achievement) skins you get for each 200 levels of Rewards Track. But as it turns out, that’s not correct – it gives you a skin you normally get to pick at the end of expansion’s rewards track (level 100). I fixed this post and updated the title to avoid confusion.

If you didn’t think that getting a golden version of the opposing faction’s leader is a good enough reward for getting to 7200 Honor, I’ve got some news for you. It looks like we’re getting an extra reward for reaching that threshold – and the reward is an additional Hero Portrait.

Normally those skins are awarded for getting to Level 100 on each expansion’s rewards track (which means that so far you could get three of them). While they have been in the game for a while now and most of you have probably seen them, if you aren’t familiar with how they look like, here’s an image:

You'll be able to choose 1 of 10 new hero portraits after hitting level 50 on the reward track

It’s a nice addition and a cool, extra incentive to go out and grind some honor before the next expansion (because apparently, that’s how long the event will last – it’s hard to say whether there will be some more ways to get honor after the first set of 2022 releases). It also means that you will be able to obtain all 10 a bit sooner than initially anticipated – normally they would last until the 3rd expansion of 2023 (at the pace of one per expansion), but now they will “only” be good until the 2nd expansion of 2023 – assuming we won’t get any other extra ways of grinding them.

And if you missed other news, it looks like the event is starting earlier than it was supposed to – it launches later today. Read more here.
