I think the main reason for Emperor is to make sure you reduce the cost of Jaraxxus so that when you play Jax you can hero power right ataynand get that 6/6 on board.

I don’t be understand the inclusion of Slam x2 AND Sir Finley. If you replace your hero power early on then slam is useless. Also, there’s no other source of gaining armor so even with keeping the hero power it seems slam would be relatively useless outside of the first couple of turns. Am I missing something?

In general loot hoarder works for the card draw, but I highly suggest crafting Blood Mage when you can. He’s a classic so he should survive rotation and the spell power is usually the reason he’s being played.

Is there a general overview of how to play freeze mage? I’ve honestly never played this type of deck before but everyone seems to think that it’s amazing and I want to try it out.

As a replacement for Thalnos, loot hoarder does okay. But in all truth, crafting Thalnos should be at the top of four to-do list. He’s a classic card so he should be around for a while and he’s included in just about every deck that needs a little extra spell damage. I crafted him and have not once regretted it, unlike when I crafted a couple other legendaries that are now rotated out of standard.

You obviously COULD do that, but I think there are better targets for Brann. But those won’t always be options in every game so my general Brann plan is use it where I can get the max value as soon as it becomes available.

Entomb is such a slow card, I’ve never really been a big fan of it yet it seems to be in every priest deck. Had it really affected that many games in a positive way? Or is it just that there’s really nothing better to put in the 6 mana slot?

Isn’t it kinda weird that there’s no BIG dragon. Like where’s Deathwing, Ysera, Nefarian, or any of the usual suspects?

For their mana cost ooze isn’t a bad card even if you don’t destroy a weapon. That being said, I’ve straight up ruined a few games for shaman and warriors by taking away all of their weapons. It’s not always gonna work that way, but when it does you’ll be glad you ran those 3 cards.

Played about 6 games with this deck at rank 14 down to 16. Only won one match with this deck and dude quit on turn 2 so probably had something come up irl. Maybe I’m missing something but this deck just falls short after mid range. If the opponent clears your board in any way you’re screwed. I’ll stick to my Zoo decks I think.

Is there a replacement for Geddon?

It has been my understanding that Bloodmage T is in A LOT of decks in the meta either for spell power or card draw. Yes there are other cards that do one or the other for the same cost, but none that do both like BT. I finally bit the bullet and crafted him and haven’t regretted it since he is in 3 of my ladder decks

Like I guess I’m looking at arcane explosion and arcane missiles. I haven run any of those in a long while.

Is the point of so many cheap spells to hold onto them, Tharusian them down even more and then play them with Antonidas for fireball fun and then just have a ton of activators for Yogg? Cause all that seems like an oddly specific and maybe difficult win condition.
