The Ruined City is the third wing of The League of Explorers, it will be/was released December 3rd, 2015. There are a couple of interesting cards being released this time around. Naga Sea Witch is a controversial card currently. It can potentially allow you to drop it and a second big threat on turn-10. The downside is that it makes EVERYTHING cost 5-mana, so all your removal and low cost cards will cost 5-mana.
Murlocs are getting a strong representation in this wing. Sir Finley Mrrgglton, Anyfin Can Happen, Murloc Tinyfin, and Everyfin is Awesome are being released. Murlocs have always been a niche deck, we’ll see if these cards bring them into the competitive scene.
