It’s the Burndown, Felfire style! Get a deck, hero power and treasure. Keep ’em if you win!
The Duelist Burndown Chalkboard
General Information
- You get one Year of the Phoenix for winning your first game this week.
- It’s the first time we see this Brawl. However, it’s a twist on the Burndown Brawl, which we’ve seen a few times already.
- It’s a PvP Brawl.
- It’s a random / pre-made decks Brawl.
- The Brawl’s format is Wild.
- The idea behind Burndown Brawl is that whenever you win, you get to keep your deck. But if you lose – your next match will be with the deck you lost to. This way “bad” decks get eliminated from the pool and in the end only the few best ones remain.
- However, this Burndown Brawl has a “Duels” twist, which means that you also get a non-Standard Hero Power and Treasure that get passed along if you win.
Someone has not think this through. This “Shaman” deck with 10 mana passive, windfury hero power and aoe dmg weapon just wins in 1st turn with 0 possible interaction from opponent.
Well that Shaman deck is really something…
