It is a very low budget Murloc deck trying to not use any epic cards. If you have more dust, you could change the Sated Threshadon for the Gentle Magasaur, the Grimscale Oracle for the Murloc Warleader and the Blowgill sniper for the Vilefin Inquisitator.
