Take control of the board with a bunch of rushes, buffs, and divine shields. Your win condition is making big stuff to hit them in the face. The Exarch is there to pick up buffs in the course of the game in your hand and heal you to full in the case you fall behind. Vitality surge is here to help you with the draw and a bit of healing (on average compared with the old Flash of Light).
