It was a bit difficult to make a bad deck to play against with such a strong Hero Power, but this works pretty well. The deck also leans towards Rare cards to take advantage of Rare Spear. He has no real access to weapons so the deck is filled with weapon buff cards, which also works to your advantage when you use Mind Vision. All of the other cards tend to help you or are of no benefit to him. Just make sure to mulligan hard for Rare Spear, it’s the most important card to have.
