I wouldn’t say you could reach legend, Im climbing with it right now to about rank 10. Your only bad match up is taunt and priest. Most of the shaman decks are easy because most don’t want to waste devolve on a bunch of 1 mana minions. Once they use both though, just control the board so they cant evolve and you can take the game and win easy. As for other decks just play around problem cards and balance your buff cards so they don’t auto win when the silence your 20/12 minion that you used all your buffs on.
I climbed to rank 1 with it but now dropped to rank 3, so I think it is indeed possible. It beats Jade Druid and Razakus Priest, Secret Mage and also has a slight edge on Tempo Rogue is my observation, whereas it struggles with Evolve Shaman and Aggro Druid.
