Tavern Brawl deck: Miniature Warfare – Standard March2018)

This brawl exhausts your cards quite fast, so I have built this deck that:

– is very fun and has a decent winrate!

– can sometimes draw like crazy

– secures wins by having 2-3 high att/def minions on board

– (caveat) relies often on your opponent having a high powered minion on board in order to be efficient

COMBOS I USE FOR DRAWS:

– Starving Buzzard + Tundra Rhino + Violet Wurm  (3 mana cost in total; max yield 7 cards if opponent has minions with 1 health or more)

– Cult Master  + Tundra Rhino + Violet Wurm (3 mana cost in total; max yield 7 cards if opponent has minions with 7 health or more)

– Cult Master + Unleash the Hounds (4 mana cost in total; max yield 6 cards if opponent has minions with 6 health or more)

– Stampede + Starving Buzzard (after the first mana cost, every mana spent yields 1 draw and 1 random beast; fills your hand up fast)

GETTING DEM HI-POWERED MINIONS:

– Tundra Rhino + Violet Wurm +
Scavenging Hyena (3 mana cost in total; kills enemies
and buffs your own at the same time. BONUS: Hyena has charge)

– Unleash the Hounds + Scavenging Hyena (4 mana cost in total; kills enemies and buffs your own at
the same time. BONUS: Hyena has charge)

– Tundra Rhino + Violet Wurm + Wicked Skeleton (3 mana cost in total; kills enemies and buffs your own at the same time)

– Unleash the Hounds + Wicked Skeleton (4 mana cost in total; kills enemies and buffs your own at the same time)

OTHER NOTES:

– Alexstrasza + the above work really well

– Stempede is really mainly there for The Marsh Queen quest, so if you don’t have the quest card, you can just swap them out with Questing Adventurer or something other buffables.

– Since the above rely quite heavily on the opponent having decent minions. But that’s not often the case, hence buffing cards such as: Houndmaster, Fungalmancer and Bonemare
