Curse of Naxxramas Week 2 has had some time to marinate let’s see what people have come up with in terms of decks. Week 2 saw the release of six cards: Stoneskin Gargoyle, Unstable Ghoul, Sludge Belcher, Loatheb, Duplicate, and Webspinner. The clear favorite is Loatheb, but Sludge Belcher and Unstable Ghoul have been entering into decks as Aggro stoppers. It’ll be interesting to see what will continue to make the cut after all of the cards are released.
Sjow’s Unstable Control Warrior
Sjow takes advantage of Unstable Ghoul, Sludge Belcher, and Loatheb to strengthen the already strong Control Warrior.
Noxious’s Secrets, Giants, and Freeze Mage
A deck with a lot of different synergy, and tries to utilize Mage’s new secret: Duplicate. It remains to be seen if this deck can work consistently, because if Control Warrior starts to get popular again, there’s no way that Freeze Mage can thrive.
Loatheb again being tossed into the deck, but it’ll be interesting if he continues to make the cut into an already packed HandLock deck. 2 Sludge Belcher’s are the story here, making their way into the deck by cutting a Siphon Soul and a Hellfire.
Massan’s Naxxramas Miracle Rogue
Massan decides that Loatheb isn’t just a counter for Miracle Rogue, but it actually belongs in a Miracle Rogue deck! He also manages to find room for 2 Nerub’ar Weblord, which may or may not make miracle a bit more clunky, but with all the Battlecry minions out there it could show potential.
