Official Description for Lunar Blessings

Celebrate the Lunar New Year! Choose a class and get a random deck, choose an animal to receive its blessing and power!

General Information

  • You get one Standard card pack for your first win this week.
  • This is the fifth time we see this Brawl. Last time we’ve seen it on January 25, 2023.
  • It’s a PvP Brawl.
  • The Brawl’s format is Wild.
  • It’s a random decks Brawl. You just need to pick a class and press play.
  • At the start of the match, you get to discover an extra Blessing – passive effect that will work throughout the entire game.
  • Blessings are based on Chinese Zodiac animals and each of them has a different effect that can change the way you play the deck. You can find all of them below.

    Got a T5 thaddius.
    more minions means more coins, which summons even more minions

    Death Knight with Blessing of the Pig is kinda silly. Had a Raid Boss Onyxia in play on turn 5, plus 7 fresh coins.

    I can recommend Demon Hunter/Rat which I played to 5/2 (weekly quest)

    losses came against /pig, which can play game breaking cards far ahead of the curve

    Buh. Rat Blessings is bonker. Every opponent just insta-concede in the face of reborn minions.
    Whoever made this blessings really never test any of this.

    As always, we became their playtester for every sh*t they made.

      Tested? One blessing gives +3 health another gives +1 attack. It’s incoherent.

      Could be a great brawl (because I love random pick and plays) but the balance is way off. Rats gotta be the best with DH. DR minions with reborn cmon.

    This is how hunter should be in normal HS; much closer to Warcraft.

    As deck are random, +3 life seems way stronger than other power ! so easy to stick minion on board.

    confirmed! (although kinda too late).
    Old daily quest can be rolled into special daily quest for better value.
    sadly, those who had already login at 1 AM PST will only received old daily quest. (like me)

    but yeah, more gold if you roll all of your old quests.

      I kinda hope this tavern brawl will give out new DoD pack instead of classic pack.
      or just gold, so we can pick the pack ourselves.

      And make the option to buy DoD pack with gold from the shop. (for F2P players oc)
      why oh why.
